What's a Harvey Mudd?

1. A place for geeks and nerds to hang out during the academic year.

2. The 32nd ice cream flavor.

3. A used car salesman from northwestern Minnesota.

    The answer?  Well, as reasonable as the last two choices seem, the answer is surprisingly the first choice (as if you hadn't already figured that out from the title of the page).  But really, we're not all geeks and nerds here at Mudd, just the majority of us.

    Anyway, you're probably saying to yourself, "What the heck is this Harvey Mudd place all about?"  (And if you aren't, I'm afraid I'm going to bore you with the details anyway.)  Harvey Mudd College is a small technical school in Claremont, California.  For those of you not familiar with the area, that would put Mudd about 40 miles east of Los Angeles.  Mudd is considered by most to be one of the top technical schools in the nation, constantly ranking with Caltech and MIT.  In fact, Mudd has a lot of things to be proud of that most people don't know about.  So my suggestion would be to follow this link (Go To HMC) to learn all that you can about Harvey Mudd.  It's interesting, really!
